EQECAT supports its clients by respecting their business needs and deadlines while providing unsurpassed customer service. Professional Services provides support with EQECAT products including our 181 catastrophe models worldwide and catastrophe modeling platforms RQE™ (Risk Quantification & Engineering) and WORLDCATenterprise™.
EQECAT's Professional Services team members have nearly 20 years of industry experience on average. Professional Services team members are experienced customer service professionals with insurance, engineering, and technology backgrounds.
EQECAT's Global Professional Services team provides telephone and email support during the following business hours:
