Catastrophe risk modelling firm EQECAT, Inc., will host a three-day conference, Creating Value Through Increased Transparency, beginning 2 June at 12:00 p.m. and ending on 4 June at 1:00 p.m. to be held at Vienna Marriott Hotel, Parkring 12a, Vienna, 1010 Austria. The conference will provide professionals in the global re/insurance industry with a greater understanding of the need to manage natural catastrophe risk. The cost to attend the three day conference is €875 prior to 1 May, and €995 from 2 May – 1 June.

Catastrophe risk modeling firm EQECAT, Inc., will host a half-day conference, New Techniques for Understanding and Managing Emerging Typhoon Risk in Asia, from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on 18 May 2010 starting with lunch from 12:30 p.m. 1:30 p.m., followed by the conference program and reception at the InterContinental Singapore. The conference program will provide professionals in the global re/insurance industry with a better understanding of Asia’s increasing need to manage natural catastrophe risk. The conference, lunch, and reception are free of charge.

The adoption of the SQL Server platform will enable better run-time performance by giving clients the ability to add more hardware into the WORLDCATenterprise analysis cluster.
