EQECAT Conducts Innovations in Catastrophe Management

Mr. Michel Voronkoff joined EQECAT to manage its European
Consulting activities. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering
from the University of Michigan, and worked for Factory Mutual
in France (Engineering Group Manager, Loss Prevention Engineer
and Regional Engineering Manager) for 20 years as well as
in the U.S. (Western Operations Center Manager). Mr. Voronkoff
is past president and former board member of the Society of
Fire Protection Engineers French Chapter. Mike Vallejos, President
of EQECAT, noted "Michel's expertise and experience in
fire prevention engineering, as well as natural hazards and
environmental risk assessment, are an excellent fit with the
needs of EQECAT's (and EQE's) clients, and a great addition
to our international team."
Mr. Voronkoff, a French citizen, is located in EQECAT's Paris
office, and oversees the activities of EQECAT's consultants
in Paris, London, and Warrington. He continues the search
for candidates for EQECAT's European consulting team, and
will shortly be announcing new staff additions.
He participated in EQECAT's Innovations in Catastrophe Management
conference on February 25-28, 2001 in Ft. Myers, Florida.
