EQECAT Opens Help Desk For North American Users

EQECAT opened its Help Desk for North American software users on November 1, 2006. The Help Desk toll free number is 1-866-343-6137 (international line: 1-718-252-6404) and the hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern standard time, Monday to Friday.
“EQECAT has a reputation of providing superior service levels for clients,” said Bob Healy, Senior Vice President of Field Operations for EQECAT. “Our goal is to provide the fastest and best client response possible,” said Healy. “Our client base has grown substantially in the last two years due to major market shifts in model preferences. The East Coast Help Desk is in response to that growth,” Healy continued.
EQECAT users have the ability to contact either the Help Desk or their Customer Service Manager to obtain EQECAT software support from experienced, trained personnel. The new support service will respond to inquiries and requests by providing one-on-one support and efficient, timely follow-up.
