Storm Kyrill
Kyrill is the low pressure (964.2 HPa) area that evolved into a violent European extra-tropical windstorm. It formed over Newfoundland on 15 January 2007 and moved across the Atlantic Ocean reaching Ireland and Britain by the evening of 17 January.
