Puerto Rico: Damage Investigation of Hurricane Georges

Hurricane Georges wove its path of destruction through the Caribbean, killing an estimated 465 people before making its way to the Florida Keys and U.S. mainland. Most of the deaths were reported from storm-related flooding, especially in the Dominican Republic and Haiti.
