This utility is designed to take an EBE OUTPUT file and sort and subset it according to the following parameters: Event Number, MilePost (Wind Only), WindSpeed (Wind Only), Magnitude (EQ Only), Event Mean Damage, Event Mean Loss, Cummulative Frequency.
