EQECAT, Inc.
Dr. Richard Norreys is Senior Hydrologist in the Europe Modeling Group at EQECAT, Inc. Dr. Norreys joined EQECAT in 2004 and has since worked on a number of modeling and consultancy projects. He leads the European Hydrological Modeling Team.
Dr. Norreys has a background in Environmental Engineering, Applied Statistics and Computer Modeling. After starting work in research, he moved on to work for a large Environmental Engineering consulting firm for 10 years first specializing in the River and Urban Hydrological Modeling then branching out into rainfall and wind modeling.
Dr. Norreys holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Queen Mary College, London University, a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College and a Doctorate of Philosophy in River Quality Modeling from University of Salford.
He is based Warrington, England.
