Competitive Base Salary
Annual salary reviews are conducted to ensure the competitiveness of our employees' salaries relative to the industry, and as part of our total compensation package. -

ABS Group offers a 401(k) plan with various investment options. -
Paid Vacation
Employees are provided with a minimum of two weeks of vacation per year (prorated for the first year of employment). This increases to three weeks after five years of company service. -
